Not without a cause: Herbal medication to treat a "numbness" of unknown origin is sheer fallacy. Have a MD exam you and run some testing to see WHY you are having the numbness.

See your  MD: It  is   not absolutely  necessary to  have an  ultrasound  right  now.  Call your  doctor  and  a blood  pregnancy  will  confirm  uf  you are pregnant.  Once you start  prenatal  care you can  discuss  a scan.

Not the best idea: Gokarting can be safe if there is minimal jostling and noone runs into you while racing.  Given that this is almost completely impossible to control, you should not go gokarting during pregnancy.

Also, water in a hot tub is heated while you are in the tub. One should definitely talk to the doctor before using the hot tub.

Yes: In the early part of pregnancy the amount of Progesterone in your body increases which in turn can cause a slight temperature elevation to persist.
