See your MD: It is not absolutely necessary to have an ultrasound right now. Call your doctor and a blood pregnancy will confirm uf you are pregnant. Once you start prenatal care you can discuss a scan.

Yes: Finding out if you are pregnant and getting prenatal care early on is very important for you and your baby. There may be one or more free pregnancy clinics near you that can do a pregnancy test & a sonogram to help you get started. Good luck.
