Yes, but: Some women never have regular 28-30 day cycles and it is normal for them.  Unusual for stress-related problems to last that long. There may be underlying thyroid or other hormonal problems. If this continues and is a problem for you, you may need to see your health provider for a workup..

13th: A normal cycle length is from 21 to 35 days. If you are normally 30 days, then you would expect a normal period to come around the same day of the month as your last one.

Don't be too much: As long as you're not pregnant, your late period is likely due to stress (and perhaps the exercise), both of which can inhibit ovulation and cause a late period.  I would deal with the stress and give it some time.  If pregnancy is possible, do a pregnancy test.

See your Gyn...: Bleeding in menopause is frequently from fluctuations in hormones.  If you are on hormone replacement, missing pills can cause it.  However, you can't assume this is the case.  If you are experiencing post-menopausal bleeding, you need to be evaluated by an Ob/Gyn.  One of the causes of this is uterine cancer and you need to make sure you don't have that.  Best wishes!

It may: Stress may cause irregular cycles.  However, if you have had unprotected sex, you should check for pregnancy. Another cause is a simple "anovulatory cycle" where you just may not have released an egg, and a period is skipped. If your period does not come at the next cycle and you are not pregnant, you should be evaluated.  Having a gynecologist is recommended to get routine exams anyway.Good luck.

Menstrual cycle: A typical menstrual cycle is 28 days long. So assuming you have regular cycles, you will get your next period around the 12th.

since i started my period@12 it's been irregular from stress i think..i'm 16 and i still get it like 3 times yearly and i'm afraid:/ is this  normal?

Periods: The periods may be irregular for the first 2 years after you start (from Menarche). You are 16 years old, need to see your physician
