Unclear question: If you mean to ask, if you can get STD from wearing someone else's underwear, the risk is remote, unless  the person has open lesions, you wear the clothes right after the person took those off and you have lesions in your skin. If you have any doubt, see a doctor and get tested.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

No: The heat and detergents will eliminate most if not all transmissible microorganisms and none of these, even if not eliminated, is likely to cause infection transmitted through inanimate objects.  Std is called that because they are sexually transmitted.  If some guy is trying to tell you otherwise - be very suspicious.
