Hopefully : Hopefully you have a diagnosis and are under treatment. In this situation there is nothing you can do prevent the mores sores or blisters from appearing. However, if you know the signs of a yeast infection and think you have one, go ahead and treat with an over the counter yeast infection medication, and see your doctor if you have no improvement.

Possibly: Candida (yeast) infections can present as red bumps or pustules that might resemble a herpetic sore or ulcer in their later stages.  Herpes sores are usually very distinctive in that they start out as blisters in clusters, are usually painful and last 5-15 days and resolve, often to reccur again in the same spot.  As a rule candia infections do not behave in this fashion.

Itch and discharge: Yeast infection causes itching and vaginal discharge and sometime pain and burning when passing urine or have sex .Some have thick lumpy white discharge.It is common side effect of antibiotics
you can get over the counter vaginal creams to get rid of the infection or prescription anti fungal tablets.

Family practice : I would recommend going to an urgent care. Have an urinalysis and possibly a cbc. You could have your yeast infection treated at that time.

Unlikely: You likely have allergic conjunctivitis especially if you have nasal symptoms as well and the symptoms are seasonal in nature. Try antihistamine eye drop. If not helpful, consider an allergy consult.

"Azole" drug: There are many treatments, including over the counter ones, mostly with active ingredient ending in "azole" (clotrimazole, miconazole, fluconazole, etc). However, severe cases need check for problems that predispose to yeast, especially diabetes. See a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get proper treatment. If you try OTC treatment, for sure see doctor if not better in 3-4 days. Good luck!
