Scabies : Scabies does not affect the throat or mouth.  I've attached a website below with scabies information.  It sounds as though you are having a reaction to something else you've encountered.  If you have any difficulty breathing or swelling, call 911 or go to the er.  Otherwise give your doctor a call.  By examining you and taking a good history, they may be able to figure out what is causing your discomfort.  Good luck!

Herpes labialis: Or "orolabial herpes" is an infection of the lip by herpes simplex virus. The lessons, small blisters or sores are located around the mouth, also called fever blisters or cold sores. The condition heals within 2–3 weeks. Herpes labialis can reoccur 3-4 times a year.

Dermatologist: See a skin specialist, a Dermatologist, to eradicate your scabies or whatever skin pathology you may have.  Once under control, you must then see a Dentist to treat your infected teeth/gums.  The mites that cause scabies do NOT cause cavities.  So you have 2 separate coincidental infections that both require treatment.

Scabies unlikely.: but it is a reason to have things evaluated. Mostly, reaction to a chemical exposure with/without sunlight sensitization effects. Can progress to a second degree burn or infection if the skin breaks open. But, if it is an allergic reaction to a medication, that needs to be fixed. And if it is sensitive skin, (mastocytosis) that needs to be fixed. And theres good treatment for it.

I don't know but it : Would not be a classic presentation. Scabies looks like lines of burrows on skin made with little mounds or blisters. They cause itching which is often worse at night. Although they can be anywhere on skin they like going into skin folds (waistline, axilla, breasts, between fingers, feet, wrists, knees, elbows, buttocks ; genitalia.

No: Scabies  has living requirements that limit it to the normal skin surface. These are not found in the mucous membranes inside the nose or mouth. If you itch or have other related symptoms in these areas it is something else.

Scabies Treatment: You need to see your physician for  treatment of scabies. Some prescription medications for scabies include: Permethrin, crotamiton, lindane &amp; ivermectin. Your physician can determine what is appropriate for you.
