It depends: Infection within the lungs (pneumonia) involves 2 basic principles: an infectious pathogen (bacteria, virus, fungus or parasite) and a failure of the immune system. Most pathogens enter the lungs from simple breathing. They may be carried in the air or within very tiny droplets. Occasionally pathogens are aspirated into the lungs  from the mouth or stomach during choking. (see additional).

Possible: But not necessarily likely, unless the lungs and the tubes leading to the lungs have been damaged by the prior infection, leaving them more susceptible to repeat attacks.

Not necessarily: However, there are medical conditions that can increase your chance of developing pneumonia, so recurrent pneumonia should be evaluated.  If the pneumonia always occurs in the same part of the lung, it may be due to an anatomical lesion, which requires further investigation.

Actually, a unlucky, sickly person can get a second case of pneumonia even before recovering from the first case. So, the best things to do are to stay healthy and strong, eat healthy foods, exercise, get vaccinated, avoid sick people; and if quite vulnerable, wear a face mask and wash hands after touching things.
