That said, apple cider vinegar is fairly safe but should always be diluted.

Gout: can be helped with drinking fluids to flush out uric acid to reduce symptoms. I have no direct knowledge of using Apple cider vinegar as a benefit, however, I have hard that cherry juice may help reduce symptoms. Best to ask your doctor if you are not sure.

Kidney stones are a serious threat to your health and perhaps your life, as well as being painful. This is the 21st century and you need an evaluation for possibly lithotripsy / shock waves or other interventions by a competent specialist.
