A better dermatologi: You go every month to dermatologist????? You list not 1 eczema med.!!! Antihistamine not useful for eczema nor for itch due to it. Dust mites irrelevant. Aquaphor: Try a barrier cream like Aquaphor to seal in moisture and prevent dryness and cracking of lips. Do not overuse chapsticks as these can actually cause worsening of symptoms. Also make sure that you are not putting makeups or lipsticks on that are causing an allergic reaction making your lips worse. Avoid licking lips if that is a habit of yours.

Usually from licking: often times the redness on the lip is from licking your lip. Try a wax based lip sunscreen to prevent the enzymes from your mouth getting on your skin. If it doesn't resolve add a little hydrocortisone at night. If still persists, see your dermatologist to get diagnosis.

i found a bald spot at the back of my head all of a sudden.  not sure if its related but i get a rash on the inside of my elbows as well, itchy and pimply and represents weeping eczema if scratched.  powder normally calms it down...

Low risk: Any open sore can be risk for infection. HIV doesn't survive long at room temperature. Sisk your hands each night clean cool water. When fingertips wrinkled slather on thick layer of eczema cream mixed with 1% hydrocortisone and then place your hands into cotton beauty gloves (cosmetic section most stores) overnight. Get gold bond lotion hand sanituzer as it doesn't have alcohol for work.

See a dermatologist: Sometimes this is caused by prescription cortisone. Often it is treated with a calcineurin inhibitor such as pimecrolimus cream or tacrolimus ointment by prescription. This may clear it in a few hours.

Possible Allergy: You may be sensitive to whatever it was at work. You may need to do some investigation yourself . You may present with just a plain redness on the affected areas or have welps/ hives , swelling, itching , even blisters like you had on your lips. Please have your doctor take a look.

i have a discoloration at the corner of my mouth. it looks like eczema. i have been using nixoderm for about 2 weeks now, but i don't see any difference?

See doc: The most common type of rash leading to discoloration in the corners of the mouth is something called angular chelitis aka perleche. This arises due to an increase in moisture which causes irritation and sometimes a yeast component. Any information on the skin/lips especially in darker skinned individuals can lead to a discoloration. However i would go see a doctor to probably diagnose and treat this.
