ENT doc: Your problem requires the expertise of an ENT surgeon. If you've already seen an ENT surgeon with no resolution of problem, get a second opinion from an ENT surgeon with special expertise in sinus disorders.

i have a wart growing in my nose. i also have the type of hpv that causes cancer.  should i be concerned about the wart causing cancer in my sinuses?

Probably unrelated: Many non-wart growths can look like warts, so you need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis, and to make sure it isn&#x27;t cancer itself. Probably not, but better safe than sorry. Even if you have a nasal wart, probably it is a different strain than the one you have (or had) in the genital area. Most genital HPV is cleared by the immune system; probably you don&#x27;t have it any more.

has persistent cough and stuffy nose/sinuses. cough worse at night time. non-smoker and has bad allergies. cancer?

Cough: Hi, of course not, your cough is most likely 2/2 ur allergy, treat your allergy and ur cough would go away, have u tried Nasal Steroid spray? 
I think it's time to see an allergy specialist.

would a non contrast brain mri detect sinus or nasal cancer? do radiologists cover the sinuses when doing a brain mri?

Yes, sort of.: Brain MRI usually does include eyes and nose. You may wish to talk to your doctor and perhaps with him to the radiologist.

large bump on hard palate. dentists say mucocele. if it were cancer would it show on a ct scan of sinuses/face. been there 5 years. gotten bigger.

Hard palate mass: Need to see ENT for evaluation and biopsy. CT scan indicated with and without contrast. Mucocoeles do not occur there with any frequency

Sinus films: Best imaging for sinuses and nasal areas is by far the CAT scan.  Nasal and sinus cancers would be extremely unusual at age 20.

Ovarian cancer: The average age of a woman with ovarian cancer in the us is 62-63.  In women with a family history, women with brca1 mutations usually get cancer earlier and women with brca2 mutations get ovarian cancer at a later age.

can someone in their early 30's get prostate cancer? or only happens in older males? (asking for someone)

Prostate cancer: is very rare in young men.  Anything is possible, but this is very unlikely.
