An Allergist / Immunologist evaluation will help decipher your trigger factors, whether you have allergic vs non allergic inflammation and puts a plan of treatment. Intensity: Asthma is a variable condition where the "average" patient experiences periods of wheezing brought on by infection or other personal triggering events.In cough variant asthma it is mild enough they may never know, but the cough stops with asthma meds.A feature is sibs or parents with asthma.Asthmatic bronchitis is more a label for infection triggered wheezing.One with CVA would be more prone to it

: I would never suggest anyone self treat with powerful prescription meds. The first stem in good care is a consultation with the doc who knows your specific history. They may consider it among other treatments. Current circulating strains are less lung and more upper airway focused.

Part of the process: It has to do with the body's immune response to a foreign body, in this case, it is to the virus which attacks various cells. As the body tries to fight that off, various other reactions may occur like fever and chills. Btw-the actual flu is not all that common and usually when one thinks they have it, aka infuenza, it is really something else or a different but more common viral infection.

Non-productive cough: This is a common presentation for asthma. You do not have have to have wheezing to make the diagnosis. Do you cough either while or after you have been running or exercising. If you have then you have "exercise-induced bronchospasm (asthma).

im only able to get a dr app. on monday. i feellike i have bronchitis & head cold, sore ear, blocked, headaches. what do i do in the mean time?

Comfort measures: Since this may all be viral &amp; meds unnecessary you can start usual management not. Make sure you consume fluids enough to pee at least every 6 hrs whether thirsty or not. Consume easily digestible foods. Take a simple pain med like Tylenol and  mucus losseners like Mucinex. Rest when you are tired.
