Conservative Rx: Cold damp towels, aspirin, could take a minimum of 2-3 days to improve...if appears infected with pus see your doctor

Purpura?: I'm a little confused by your question, as I have never seen a sunburn cause a blood clot. I believe you may be describing purpura, or a dark purple plaque that results from bleeding in the skin.  If that is the case, you don't need to be worried, but you should be more careful in protecting your skin since blistering sunburns increase your risk for melanoma. I hope this is helpful.

Healing skin: your skin has been damaged. keep it well moisturized and use sunblock spf 30 or greater every 2 hours while outside. All sunblocks have to be applied every 2-3 hours no matter what the manufacturer says.

Unlikely: Leg swelling attributed to sunburn would not be expected to cause blood clots.  Common causes of blood clots include prolonged immobility (i.e. Long plan rides), major surgery, extremity injury, and conditions associated with increased tendency to form blood clots (i.e. Cancer).

boyfriend has sunburn. he had bone marrow transplant as kid for burkitt's lymphoma. sunburn could cause blood to react. what should he look out for?

Nothing special: I'm happy for this young man, both for his having gotten a second chance at life through scientific medicine, and that he has you. Thankfully, there's nothing special that he needs to worry about, given that he's done so well over all these years. Sunburn actually has negligible impact on any chemical or immune parameters. Blisters: Are these true blood blisters or are they ruptured capillaries where the skin is very thin? Aspirin,aleve, corticosteroids increase this tendency.   The photosensitivity May be related to the hepatitis or to some medications.

: Implantation bleeding is light spotting. Any other heavier bleeding is most likely an early period. Irregular menstrual cycles can be caused by stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, ovarian cysts, uterus issues or thyroid issues. Talk to your Dr if these symptoms persist. A pregnancy test is positive the first day of your missed period.
