Stressed: Obviously you're feeling stressed in some way, but you're considering avoidant or inauthentic ways ways of handling it.  If feeling stressed, talk with a counselor at school or other therapist so you can develop healthier ways to manage yourself.  Giving yourself a fever is not the answer.

Exactly right: Fever blisters are outbreaks of herpes virus (usually HSV-1) that will attack at your expense when you are run-down, stressed out. Thus, the best thing to do is sleep well, eat properly, avoid toxins (smoke/alcohol) and avoid STRESS. Easy to say, but hard to do...
Certainly the lymph nodes in the region of the herpes outbreak would 'react' and become larger.
With the groin, that could be different

Needs colonoscopy:   If you’ve had abdominal pain and other signs of IBS for at least 3 months, you may have it. Hx of Bloody diarrhea, weight losss, nocturnal diarrhea needs to  be investigated for malignancy, celiac disease, IBD..
The researchers did find that 2.5 percent of IBS patients older than 35 had a disease called microscopic colitis, which req. different RX.  In your case Colon may be indicated.

The numbers you cite are well within the normal range and not considered fever. The body's metabolism drives basal temperature, and higher metabolic or physical activity will increase it.

my heart rate was over 110 during fever i was really scared, but now that the fever has gone the heart rate is 66-85 depending on activity or stress.
