Maybe,maybe not: Some of the bruises over bony prominences (shin, hip, etc) form a calcified (bony) mass that can take months to gradually resolve. Clots tend to break down and be absorbed into the vessels servicing those tissues. Your pcp can examine and see what this is doing. Most recommend avoiding clot drainage when possible as the maneuver can introduce infection into deep tissues.

Blood clots legs: Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) are blood clots in the deep venous system of the legs, usually lower legs. Leg with DVT may be swollen, red, painful or there may be no symptoms at all. Risk factors include sitting/immobility for a long time, blood clotting disorder, pregnancy/birth control pills, smoking, being overweight, and many others. If you think you have dvt, go to emergency room right away.

: Blood clots in blood vessels do not manifest like that and a flesh blood clot has to have history of trauma. Pl see your doc asap as it could be an infection.

Shin pain: if you are having pain on the front of your shin its very unlikely to be a blood clot. The main blood vessels run in the back of the leg. You might have over strained your muscles, or have a mineral deficiency which is causing pain in your leg.

As a liquid, it is also a hydraulic fluid with viscosity, due to rbcs having “sticky” outer membranes; this is responsible for blood viscosity. Blood also has platelets & proteins which act in chain reaction to either form clots (become a solid) or to dissolve & destroy clots; clotting a balance.

Hmm hard to say: Could be a hematoma.  Could be a mass.  If you are concerned see a doctor.  Any blood clot in the lower extremities could migrate to yuor lung although i think it is unlikely.
