Dialysis: If you have access to a hemodialysis machine and some helpful friends who know how to use it. Beyond this, forget it. We all make mistakes. All young people explore and try doing goofy things -- it's part of growing up. Do not operate a motor vehicle while you're drunk, and make sure you have a sober friend to look out for you. Be safe.

Ice water: The bigger problem is where the ice cubes come from. If they are home made you at least know the source of the water, but if you purchase them you dont know, whether is contaminated or not.

I would be remiss if I did not address the far more pressing issue that using cocaine is extremely dangerous. If you workout, eat healthy, and drink lots of water, why are you doing something so damaging to your body? Seek help!
