Thinned Uterus: It sounds like your uterus is not tolerant of stretching to full term as it is. And if your doctor has been able to see first-hand that your uterus is thinned out, you have a distinct advantage in knowing the possibility of rupture does exist. Many women do not have this warning and have lost, not only their babies, but their lives. You need to be followed very closely by you doctor.

i feel pressure in the middle and sides of my back 9 weeks pregnant no ectopic thing but i have retroverted uterus pain started yesterday am i miscarryi?

Not likely: Those are not really signs of a miscarriage. This early the only way to know if everything is ok is to be seen by your doctor. A retroverted uterus should not have anything to do with things at this point. Many pregnant women complain of pressure and discomfort.

hi! i am 32 years old & 9 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. (3 were c-section). 1st visit to gyno revealed a 2cm cyst in uterus. is it very serious?

No: Let your track record speak for itself! if you've had 3 healthy pregnancies in the past, statistically for your young age group you should be fine. You need to follow up with your doctor regularly to make sure the "cyst" doesn't enlarge. As long as you feel fine, good weight gain and baby is growing well, don't go looking for a pandora's box to open. When diagnosis becomes clear, your OB will help.

i am 9 weeks pregnant and have had vaginal bleeding due to a blood clot near uterus. can being sexually aroused hurt my baby or cause me to bleed.

No, see OB.: Sexual arousal or even having sex will not harm the baby. Sex may cause complications in case the placenta is low in the uterus. Occasional mild bleeding in pregnancy is not uncommon. If is persists, you should consult your OB. I trust that for the sake of your and your baby's health you are seeing an OB.

are foods with flaxseed (kashi cereal) or chicory root fiber (fiber1 bars/kashi cereal) safe for pregnancy? 1st trimester? heard they can cause miscarriage and/or uterine contractions?

Pregnancy: I'm not a fan of taking anything like those during pregnancy. I feel a good prenatal multivitamin and nutritious diet suffice. I also feel all medications and supplements should be ok'd by your obstetrician. He/she and your pharmacist can advise you further and answer your question.

i had unprotected sex on 9/10/12. i got my iud removed (which had been out of place and low in my uterus) on 9/12/13. could i be pregnant ?

Possible  : Depends on ovulation , if you are going to ovulate  in next 4days , or already ovulated , yes possible to get pregnant

Cramps may be normal: While some cramps in early pregnancy may be normal.But you should have yourself checked by your obstetrician to make sure nothing else is going on.So make an apt asap.

See specialist: Consider seeing an MFM (maternal fetal medicine) specialist.  They can take more detailed look via ultrasound and make recommendations if they think you are at risk for preterm labor.  After delivery and postpartum period, consider a hysterosalpingogram  (x-ray study of uterus and tubes) or MRI.  Your reproductive specialist can schedule these.  Ask your OB to get records from your infertility dr.

will the growing uterus size of a 15 week pregnancy be instantly noticed by u/s technician?
can the pregnancy be missed if technician checked for only 3-4 minutes and focused on ovaries? thanks?

: A "15 week pregnancy" is difficult to "miss" by an experienced U/S technician.  By fifteen weeks, the size of the uterus is enlarging the abdomen well beyond normal dimensions.  Get another U/S as a second opinion, b/c if the pregnancy did not for some reason survive, the uterine U/S may not show a viable pregnancy of that gestational age.

my wife is in 9 months of pregnancy her uterus has not opened for delivery, is it normal ?

Yes: When it is time for the baby to come the cervix will soften and open and thin for the birth.  Relax and enjoy the time before the baby.
