Depo side effects: If you got Depo-Provera the day of your abortion, it is extremely effective in preventing pregnancy.  You can always take a test for reassurance but it sounds like you are having side effects from the Depo-Provera that will likely decrease over time.

Maybe: You won't know until you take a pregnancy test, and even if the commercial ones are negative, you may have to repeat it in a few weeks.

Doubtful: I am not saying you are or aren't pregnant, but 2-3 days after conception is way too early for reliable symptoms. If you conceived earlier, then it's possible.

Blood test: You can get blood test if you are curious . Comnercial urine pregnancy tests are not that sensitive.

Irregular menses: Take a pregnancy test to make sure you aren't pregnant.  No method is 100%, however, 5 years after a tubal you are pretty safe in that regard.  If your test is negative you should have a pelvic ultrasound to check for cysts or fibroids.  Good luck

New one for me: Never heard that one. Sounds unrelated. May be bells palsy or other neurological condition. Recommend an exam if symptoms persist.
