That would be a : pretty unbalanced diet with a lot of carbs. Why not just eat healthy with portion control instead?

Not digested: I would not be concerned.  This just means that the quinoa is not completely digesting.  However, I am sure it is digesting enough for  you to get the protein and fiber benefits.  You probably have the same thing with the white and ivory quinoa, but you just cannot see it.  Quinoa is a great food, so keep eating it and do not look at your stools.

Accurate information: You might not be aware, but physicians and dieticians are not recommending the hCG diet. I realize the diet is popular and sometimes it's done under supervision of physician, but overall the caloric intake is too low to be healthy.  Beans, legumes, dairy, quinoa are some alternatives to animal based proteins.  Please make sure that if you are doing this diet, it's under supervision of a physician

i wanna eat tortillas, im mexican n luv em but i get whiteheads from bread & tortillas , would quinoa flour be a lot better to avoid whiteheads?

White heads : Interesting effect. Flour tortillas, like white bread, cause a spike in blood sugar and insulin. This can affect fatty acid metabolism and possibly contribute to whiteheads. I  guess that quinoa flour, which is more complex carbohydrate would cause less of a reaction. I wonder if you have this reaction from corn tortillas,  and I would guess no.

i am trying to make a gluten free food replacement shake for myself for1-2 meals a day. i am not sure if i should add raw quinoa and rice flour.

Probably not: If you take in the same amount of calories and exercise the same amount your weight should stay stable.  Have  you considered eating a healthy balanced diet?

See below: For vegans it is easy to fall short on protein consumption.  The more rich the protein the better.  For a woman you age that is around 50 grams/day (more during pregnancy).

Intestinal motility: None of this suggests a serious health problem. Intestinal passage can be as little as 1-2 hours after eating something that sufficiently stimulates bowel motility. Eight hours is well within normal for some people with some foods, including certain fruits and vegetables. Strong odor is common when motility is rapid.

New grain: This grain is getting to be noticed as a food, especially for people who need something that is grain-like and gluten-free. It won't cure anything but it is an interesting new addition to the world's diet. Ask a food scientist about the economics of its cultivation and how it's best prepared.
