Yes: Radio active isotopes used in medical diagnostic tests  will emit very small minute amount of radiation, and rapidly disintegrates, yes you can have a drink ,  hope not a pint. Cheek with your doctor.

possibly: That is possible. Contrast should always be given for abdominal and pelvic cts unless there is reduced kidney function or allergies to the dye.

Yes: Yes, assuming that you are healthy and have normal kidney function you can drink alcohol 24h after a CT scan. The dye should all be eliminated from you body. Just remember that increasing fluid intake(water) decreased the possible harmful effects of contrast on your kidneys.

Not advisable: Increased alcohol consumption can lead to some dehydration which can increase the risk of contrast induced injury to the kidney.

Keep urine clear: Drink enough to keep urine clear about 24 h after test. Follow instructions given after test, specifically if suffering from known heart or renal conditions .

Wine, tequila, vodka: Most wines should be fine if you are not sensitive to sulfites.  Tequila is derived from the agave plant and vodka typically comes from potatoes.

Young Joints: I would bet that given you are still in the middle of growing that your joints are very sensitive. You may be out growing your body's ability to keep up with the bones getting longer and all the tissues the joints need for health.  Drinking is very dehydrating and a depressant.  Drinking regular or heavily is not good health for a number of reasons but especially when you are growing.

sometimes i have nausea when drinking beer, especially after a good meal. this is not always the case and not for other alcohols. why does it happen?

Reflux: The stomach has to empty to accept the larger volume of an alcoholic beverage of a lower proof of beer.  If by "good meal", you mean large, or full of protein or fat, then the more fat or protein in a meal the longer the stomach takes before it empties.  The post meal apertif by nature is small in volume for a reason.

how soon after drinking alcohol can i take antabuse (disulfiram)? i am concerned about eating in restaurants  and getting alcohol in food. what about hair dye?

At least 24 hours: Wait at least 24 hours after drinking, to take any antabuse (disulfiram).  If alcohol is used in cooking, it is generally burned off in the process -- no longer available as free alcohol to cause a reaction.  Not so with liquor-laden desserts like creme de menthe over ice cream, etc.  Ask for ingredients when ordering.  Do not drink hair dye under any circumstances! used on your head, shouldn't be a problem.
