: It is doubtful you will suffer any ill effects. The bugs were probably both spat out or swallowed were they would be rapidly killed by stomach acid. If any went into your lungs you would have coughed them out and then swallowed.

: If you are 38 and in good health, the likelyhood of this getting really bad is about 1 in 100.  That means 99 chances out of 100 you'll be fine.  But, if you are that 1 in 100, then you are.  Make sure you don't smoke or vape, get plenty of rest and eat healthy, drinking lots of water every day.  Keep monitoring your vital signs as you have.
