This : This problem should be much better after 4 weeks if it is really just a "sprain."  i would definitely have those x-rays re-reviewed, possibly by another radiologist, and that should not cost you anything extra either.

The problem sounds like it is in your elbow based on your description.  You could have a radial head fracture, possibly.  You should see an upper extremity specialist for this problem given the difficulty and duration and location of your problem.  The elbow may need to be re-x-rayed.  Sometimes repeat x-rays taken several weeks after an injury will show things (fractures) that the first set of x-rays did not.

Let me try to help: Pustules contain pus which is a substance consisting of sebum, bacteria and dead skin cells. Although unattractive, it will usually clear up after 2 to 3 days of proper treatment.
 Popping or squeezing a pustule is not advisable. It can worsen the condition and increase the length of time to recovery.
Check with your doctor.

Not typical: This is not typical unless you were doing planks on an unusual surface.  If you have weakness to the bone, ie low vitamin D or calcium, making your bone more susceptible to breaks with little trauma, it is possible.

Yes: A concussion can come from a rapid acceleration or deceleration of the head, even without a direct blow to the head. Car wrecks are common sources of concussion, even when the drivers and passengers don't hit their heads.

No: It's possible you strained your upper back muscles. Sometimes falls will irritate a joint or disc in the neck/back.  Early treatment options include a short course of nsaids (advil, aleve), gentle massage, moist heat, and focusing on posture.  If pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.

Get checked: That kind of severe pain without clear injury can suggest something is out of place (dislocated), or something is caught where it shouldn't be, such as a ligament inside the joint being pinched. Both unusual without some injury though. Need more info to make clear diagnosis as fractures, infections, inflammation (bursitis, tendinitis) can also cause pain.

Careful: Be careful immobilizing your shoulder. Frozen shoulder syndrome could occur very quickly. Better get examined to rule out any structural damage.

Possible: Best to get an xray and follow up with an orthopedist to rule out fracture. Could also be a sprain or other soft tissue injury
