i had botox put in above my lip for wrinkled i had. after 5 days of injection, my upper lift feels slightly numv. i'm also going to get juverderm for my marriott lines. should i be concerned, inasmuch i had reaction to botox?

: Juvederm is not the same as Botox so a sensitivity to one will not necessarily mean you will have sensitivity to the other. The physician injecting the Juvederm should be made aware of the side effect you had with the Botox injection so they can advise you of your risks with the juvederm injection. Then, you can make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with this treatment.

do elevess injections hurt? i was looking into elevess to get rid of the wrinkles around my lips and look younger. i hear that it is the first injectable filler with anesthetic. honestly though, does it lessen the pain by much or not at all?

All : All injections will hurt to some degree, in some areas a nerve block can be performed but it will still hurt. Those fillers that can be mixed with Lidocaine will still hurt when first injected and will only not hurt if the same area is injected again.

can artefill be used to treat all the wrinkles on my face? i have crows' feet around my eyes and deep laugh lines that go from my nose to the corners of my lips. i wanted to get artefill injections because i heard that they are one of the longest-lasting

Artefill : Artefill is a non-resorbable filler that can be used to improve creases and wrinkles on the face. It is fda approved to correct nasolabial folds but it is often used off-label to treat other areas of the face as well.

Due to the thin skin and risk of nodule formation it generally is not recommended that artefill be used around the eyes though. Fillers such as Restylane (dermal fillers) and juvderm can be used around the eyes in the right situations. The crows feet can also be treated with a medication such as Botox which acts upon the muscles in area around the eyes.

been feeling little tiny bumps on the inner and outer of my vagina lips.  it itches. and gets irritated when i scratch it.  always get it after period?

Not an easy answer: There are various types of "bumps" that can occur in the vaginal area.  I would recommend that you go in to be examined to see what this is, preferably at the time that you are having the bumps.  Being able to see what these bumps look like is critical in determining what they are.

do i have to pull back and open labia minora when trying to wipe myself dry after peeing? i have bigger lips so i feel the need to get dry. am i doing that wrong ? im wiping uthera etc. irritated and painful?

: Just wipe your vulva without trying to open the lips. Just dab the private parts and do not rub it.

i get a very irritated mouth when taking aderrall 20mg brand name. i get sores.all over my mouth i've lost teeth and they are cracking then my lips get really dry and chapped am i allergic and what should i.do ?

: A dry mouth is a side effect of Adderall. This would explain oral sores and cracked lips, as well as an increase in dental caries resulting in weaker teeth that crack. You may also be clenching/grinding your teeth. You need to see a local dentist for a work up, treatment, and possible bruxism guard. Also see your prescribing physician for medication alternatives.

sometimes my lips would tingle and feel irritated fora few days(never had a cold sore before) and when i go to a urgent care and tell doc my problems (doc examined lips) i get prescribed hydroxyzine the feeling stops when i take it what could it be?

: Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine so it’s possible this is a mild allergic reaction. Keep a diary of what you eat to see if it occurs with certain foods.

Skin ageing: Oily skin is a function of your skin's sebum pores. Age spots are due to what we call dyschromia- pigment accumulating as a result of sun /uv exposure. Wrinkes happen because of loss of dermal (collagen) support at rest, and tethering to superficial face muscles if they happen during movement. Prevention is key by avoiding sun beds and uv exposure.

ive insomnia and cannot sleep at night. if i try hard to fix my sleeping schedule, will i still get droopy corners around the mouth, fine lines and wrinkles? cause ive read that sleep deprivation causes it. i feel uglier when i dont sleep?

: Foe a young person, the best treatment for insomnia is keeping yourself busy, both mentally and physically, all day long and I guarantee you will sleep like a baby at night and remember do not get on the bed or couch during the daytime.
