I would not : Anticipate that social use of alcohol would stop your period. Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems  & pregnancy.

I suspect: You have some level of an alcohol issue.  The premenstrual period gives your brain physical or psycholohical triggers to want the drug (alchohol is a drug).

Most likely yes: The metabolism of alcohol is fairly straightforward and follows a pattern of zero order kinetics which means it disappears at a steady state over time.

i had a peth test and got a score of 54. what does that mean in terms of alcohol use? i had 2 nights in a week period that i drank some wine and was tested that following day. before that i haven't had any alcohol for 4 months?

: As a guideline, a PEth level between  35-210 indicates social/moderate alcohol consumption within the past month.  Less than 10 indicates abstinence or very low consumption within the past month. Over 210 indicates excessive consumption. 10-35, low or occasional consumption.

Sickness: Probably a combination of the wine, activity and period. I would rest for a day, clear liquids or light diet and I expect things should improve. If fever or symptoms not resolving then get checked.

For you, I Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Possibly: not probably. Caffeine is a stimulant and wine is actually  quite safe; however can cause headches. Check with GYN about cycle changes- more to do with hormoneys than caffeine or wine.

Vasodilatation: While it is impossible to make the exact diagnosis, it is most likely an effect of alcohol causing opening up or widening temporarily of the facial blood vessels. This type of flushing can be only a temporary event, and should not be of concern and less you see the blood vessels remaining for an extended time.see a dermatologist!
