Possibly: not probably. Caffeine is a stimulant and wine is actually quite safe; however can cause headches. Check with GYN about cycle changes- more to do with hormoneys than caffeine or wine.

Unlikely: Unless you are drinking in large quantities (in which case you have other issues besides light periods) it is unlikely that wine or caffeine will cause menstrual irregularities. I see that you are trying to conceive - in which case you should refrain from alcohol and large amounts of caffeine anyway. Good luck
