Needs evaluation: If you are having fluid leaking out of your ears that isn't coming from a shower or bath, you should definitely have a doctor look at your ears to evaluate what is going on. Outer ear infections can cause oozing, and are treated with antibiotic ear drops.

Common issue: By 4yo 80-95% of kids are dry day & night but some are not even at 6 or later. The ability to stay dry depends both on nervous system maturity and willingness to do the work.Chronic constipation often impairs a kids ability to be dry & scheduled voids may hold them back rather than encourage success. I give kids freedom to decide when to go & offer to help if needed. Your doc can help.

Wash and dry: Under the breast is a common location for a yeast infection. Wash and dry carefully, then keep it dry. You may need to use baby powder or cornstarch to keep it dry.  If it does not clear, you may need to use some over the counter or prescription lotion on it.

Stay with one: Don't take both just  a  daily dose of one nor the other.  Arcoxia is  less likely to irritate  the stomach as  it is  what  we  call a COX-2 inhibitor. At your age it  is safer to take either since there is less likelly to be an effect on the kidney function and blood pressure, since these  medications suppress prostagalndins that  maintain kidney function more often in older  people.

my 6yo daughter still wets her bed every evening. she is potty trained during the day. is this normal for a 6yo to use diapers at night?

No: If she has never achieved bladder control since birth (primary enuresis), she may  respond well to ddavp(urine concentrating hormone) therapy.  In case of poor response, alarm device attachable to underwear would be next treatment option which provides higher success rate.  If bedwetting is a new event to her, a number of things have  to be checked out, e.g., diabetes, bladder infection, etc.
