i feel bloated all the time. i exercise, eat a well balanced diet, lots of fiber vitamins and stay hydrated? i always seem to feel overly bloated?

Too much fiber?: Fiber is the non-digestible part of plants, etc. A byproduct of this incomplete digestion is gas. This may be the cause of your bloating. Check with your physician about maybe reducing your fiber intake or what else may be the cause.

after every dinner my stomach feels bloated without over eating could this be because my b12 levels are 1600 and my vitamin d levels are deficient?

Bloating post dinner: Would check for reflux  with or without H pylori , a bacteria ,and would check for gallbladder status ( stones, dyskiensis ( ultrasound vs. HIDA) and food intoelrences like gluten / soy or milk . T I have found liver dysfunction with elevated B12 so check liver function and do not supplement  with B12 .if not supplementing  get evaluated as liver/blood diseases cause increase in B12 f/u/ w/ doc

One way to find out: Low Vit. D causes many imbalances.
Face bloating isn't a classic symptom of low D, but it's possible it's connected. Whether it is or not, it's important to correct this for your overall health. When your D levels normalize you will see if your bloating improves. Most adults need 5-8000 iu of D3/day. Aim for levels of 50-80.

im on medication for my hyperthyroidism and im currently on euthyrox medication. however, i just started taking prenatal gummies and probiotics with chances of conceiving. im instructed to take vitamins 4 hrs later im breast pains& bloated norma?

: Maintaining certain levels of thyroid function is extremely important for a healthy pregnancy &amp; baby and I think a thyroidologist or endocrinologist has to work closely with your gynecologist/obstetrician for best care. Breast discomfort &amp; bloating are caused by fluctuations in your hormones and your gynecologist can address that.

Prenatal vit: Some prental vitamins can have side effects like nausea, vomiting, bloating etc, it depends how you take them and what ingredients it has.

Possibly vit. e: Vitamin a is usually well tolerated. Vitamin e may cause gas(flatulence), and if you by chance are taking fish oil, this may cause the same as vitamin e.

Too much: Usually when the dose is that high it's prescribed once a month. Take a look at the directions. Unless you have a significant deficiency i usually recommend about 1000 units of d-3 a day.  Remember you will be taking this the rest of your life so think low dose long term :).

have any of you heard or used flo brand womens vitamins? they say they are formulated to help relieve menstrual cramps, pms, bloating, etc., but i am hesitant to try them without having more information.
