?question: Not sure of the question here?  It appears you have been drinking protein drinks high in iron, which can indeed cause your stools to turn darker in color.  Knowing that, there is no need to now take another product to try and alter the color again.  You just need to realize with iron supplements, your stool will be darker in color.

More fibre: It sounds like you just need a bit more fibre in your diet.There's no blood, no constipation, and the stools not hard - if it were, i'd suggest better hydration. So, add whole grain breads and cereal, fruits, and vegetables. You could try a bulk laxative, such as fibre con or equivalent - not to help you move your bowels, but to add bulk and consistency. Reset your system: Your best bet is to take a good dump in the morning before you start your day. You can think yourself through it , although responding to natures call may be your regular routine. If you dump the load, it should reset your body clock, and give you the day to work/play without interruption.
