Not really: Vitamin b has multiple classes from 1 to 12 . They are not involved in the clotting  or coagulation path way or platelet function . However, there are scenarios in which  vitamin b classes indirectly play certain role . For example B12 is function  as coenzyme in conversion of homocystine to methylmalonic acid . Accumulation of homocystine is associated with abnormal coagulation

No: It's good to supplement with B12 if you are a vegetarian, necessary is you are a strict vegetarian / vegan. Don't try to figure out why you have acne; simply manage it with topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid, supplementing with your physician's Rx if needed, until it remits on its own.

Theoretically: Nightmares can be caused by numerous things. The b family of vitamins is important to the brain and central nervous system which regulates sleep, memory consolidation during dreams, and mood. A significant vitamin b deficiency could contribute to a multitude of symptoms in the cns.

Achlorhydria B12: You need to have acid in the stomach to assist with the the absorption of B12 (too technical to explain here). Without acid due to  an acquired condition such as achlorhydria or to medication affects (from proton pump inhibitors which are commonly prescribed), you can develop B12 deficiency.

As a direct result: of being malnourished, if the major source of nutrition was animal products (particularly liver), that could possibly, maybe be a cause. can you overdose on vitamin b? i saw a post that said too much b6 can cause toxicity but i thought vitamin b was water soluble

Taking lots 4 months: I think of overdose as a single high dose causing harm & taking a large single dose of b6 won't cause harm. However, taking high doses of b6 daily for months (usually at least 1000 mg but rarely as low as 200 mg) can cause toxicity symptoms, most commonly peripheral neuropathy (tingling & numbness), also headaches, fatigue & irritability, which usually dissipate upon stopping b6. i read that vitamin b 5 can cause bleeding and should not be taken with anticoagulants, is this true? if not, can i take it with ginkgo biloba? safe??

Vit B 5: Or pantothenic acid, doesn't cause bleeding, and can be taken together with ginko biloba. Good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications

High intake: usually from MVI (multivitamin) or additional intake.

Unlikely to be from fish. You would have to eat a lot.

Even better, no side effects from high B12.

In some, yes: Some people are more sensitive to b vitamins and can experience anxiety and even panic with them.  Vitamin b6 may be especially likely to cause this, even though given for nervous system support.  It is known to increase the vividness of dreaming.  However, many people do very well with b complex, with no anxiety whatsoever.
