Possibly: One of the potential side effects caused by flouxetine can be emotional numbing or flattening. In a sense, people may not feel excited about things and potentially this could be interpreted as anhedonia. I have had clients who have complained of this.

Please see doctor: Please see your doctor asap. Please realize  medicines that help depression do not work the same as meds, for example, that treat infections. Our brains often take 3-6 weeks to heal from depression IF they are going to respond to the anti-depressant medication. It is not unusual to need med changes if there is no response or they are intolerable.  Support and talk therapy are vital as a bridge!

Need more info: Psychiatric problems are varied and sometimes complicated. There is no "magic bullet" to make you feel better. It may take a drug or a drug and psychotherapy.together. If you do not feel comfortable with the physician who is treating you now, it may be helpful to get another opinion from a psychiatrist. Having worked with many clients with OCD,  I would strongly suggest that you consult with a psychiatrist to describe your symptoms, provide a thorough history, and express your concerns. The psychiatrist should be able to guide you. I usually find a combination of therapy and medication works best.

would the prolong use of risperdal and prozac (fluoxetine) cause lack of concentration and forgetfulness? or brain fog? my symptoms has gotten worst. my doctor says i do not have add or adhd.

Meds not working: If the medications are not working, please consider a re-evaluation of whatever is going on. For example, hypothyroidism may be a factor in anyone complaining of "brain fog" without other symptoms being apparent.

Luvox (fluvoxamine) effects : Serotonin, which like all of the nerve transmitters in the brain, lines the entire G.I. Track. During fetal development the bottom of the neural crest which becomes the brain heads south and remains connected to the brain both through nerves as well as through nerve transmitters that line the G.I. Track. When people take a medication like luvox, (fluvoxamine) which is an ssri, the excess serotonin stimulation within the G.I. Tract can trigger a diarrhea response. It does this by affecting and binding to serotoninreceptors in the G.I. Tract which can cause subsequent diarrhea. The gut is being increasingly referred to as the third brain and the whole effect of the gut and the bacteria that we have in our intestines is a huge area of research into human well-being and illness at the present time.
