No: Do not take acetaminophen with alcohol.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No: And that you are interested in snorting any drug has me concerned about your current abuse status. Firstly, not all drugs are absorbed through mucus membranes, and secondly the oral absorption of many drugs is just as good, and sometimes better and faster, than mucus membrane absorption. Tylenol (acetaminophen) has no mood-altering activity. But for whatever else you are snorting, please seek some help.

Yes: Any drug , with Codeine or an opiod can casue euphoria. It is not a good idea to combine the narcotic with tylenol (acetaminophen) as large doses of tylenol (acetaminophen) are hepatotoxic, especially if combined with alcohol.

Yes it is possible : To become dependent on fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine). Even without codeine, it still contains a barbituate. Besides which you are taking high doses of Acetaminophen which has acute and chronic effects on your liver. Recommend you consider other treatments for your condition.

i notice my bp is high when i get head pressure due to sinusitis. it only goes down when i take tylenol (acetaminophen). what can this be?

Pain: Pain can cause an increase in your blood pressure and you should have your bp monitored to make sure an antihypertensive is not needed for you.

i believe i have the flu. fever up as high as 103.2 last night.   took 2 advil and 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) to get it down within the same hour.  can i mix these ?

Yes: With severe fever tylenol (acetaminophen) every four hours and advil every six to eight. Assuming tylenol (acetaminophen) 325  and Ibuprofen 200.

Recheck BP: Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not interact with hctz. I wonder if you feel that way because your blood pressure drops too low 1 hour after the hctz. Check your blood pressure before hctz, then recheck it 1-2 hours after hctz both while your standing and laying down. If its below 90/60 it is too low.

No: Look for some other cause. It may be the naproxen, or you may have some serious illness.

Accepted Answer

No: I don't know of any pain patches that contain tylenol or acetaminophen.  They may contain fentanyl, a narcotic, or a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory).  To be sure, if you are using over-the-counter patches, read the label carefully.  If you are being prescribed patches, ask your doctor.
