Lyrica (pregabalin): Per fda data base about &gt;700 people reported palpitations among 58000 users of lyrica (pregabalin). This is just an association. Causative relationship was not established yet. If you feel palpitations from Lyrica (pregabalin) you can stop it after discussing with your physician. He/she could prescribe alternatives.

It is very hard for: You to tell the differences  but I am going to give some guide lines
gerd. Usually associated with intake of food, happen after you eat or when going to bed, usually improved by anti acid.
Disc symptoms are usually associated with activity and spread in certain direction depend were the disc is.
Cardiac issues also associated with activates and cause rapid heart beat and may cause  rapid breathing.
