No: Exercise does not cause thyroid dysfunction.   Most common causes are graves' disease (autoimmune), adenomas (benign rumors), and thyroiditis (inflammation).

Never seen that: I have never seen that. However i will say that long term marathon length aerobic exercise seems to cause some health problems. I would be reasonable and exercise a maximum of about 90 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week with no more than 50 minutes devoted to cardio. Also, take a good multi-vitamin  with antioxidants.

Depends: Healthy people cannot get ischemia. You must have blocked arteries for that. If you're otherwise healthy  (as most 33 year olds are), you could climb mt everest and you might freeze to death but you wouldn't get ischemia.

Dizziness : Perhaps this is not indicative of a disease but just normal human physiology. When working out  two things may happen: 1-heart rate may be reaching above target points 2-effective sweating and vasodilation. These two responses can lead to a reduced cardiac output and lightheadedness. It is important to stay well hydrated (gatorade may help). Check with your doctor to ensure you are safe. Be well.

Variable: The appropriate amount of exercise for a patient with congestive heart failure is highly variable.  Some patients will be able to do regular treadmill exercise and other patients can barely walk across the room.  An appropriate exercise prescription can be reached after a discussion with a cardiologist who is familiar with the case
