No. That's fine.: Drinking water is fine.  Adding some lemon for flavoring is fine.  However, adding too much lemon can lead to sour stomach symptoms, especially in people who already have some stomach reflux or acidity problems.

Acid: Lemons are very acidic. The bacteria that cause tooth decay produce ac ids. The acids etch your tooth enamel, leaching calcium from your teeth. The result is higher incidence of decay. Remember, all things in moderation.

No: Have you ever had lemon tea? I have it every day and guess what I am not constipated. I doubt it is bad or causes constipation unless there are some other ingredients in the commercial product that may do it.

Various: Check with your doctor that you have straight forward acne not associated with any other diseases. Acne is often treated with benzoyl peroxide without and sometimes compounded with an antibiotic. Taking antibiotics by mouth may also help. A female who wants to try vitamin A cream needs to be on birth control because of concerns it may affect the baby.  Talk to your doctor about your options.

what you describe sounds like it might work in the short term, but won't get sustained, large amounts of weight off of you (more than 10 pounds).  I have successfully used the sbd, and currently on the scd, with good results.
