Not likely: If you are experiencing cold symptoms and find relief from vapor rub and steam to be helpful then used in moderation, it should be safe. Use nasal saline rinses for congestion. It is unlikely to transmit the virus by doing so. 
Use social distancing, hand washing and wear a mask when around others. Have a flu vaccine.

TB: You should discuss your status with your physicians who know you. Tb can cause breathing difficulties if it is extensive enough but often doesn't if it has been treated early. What your future is related to it can't be predicted from out here without much more data which your doctors likely have and can explain to you.

: There is no treatment or cure for lung scarring, which is the most likely explanation for "patches" seen on CT that persist for months or years. You don't say the nature of your "mild breathing problems", but it may have nothing to do with your past covid or the lung patches. Your pulmonary specialist is the one to discuss this with. Further, this matter can be easily tested in a given person by loosening the bra slightly. Significant breathing problems are likely due to other causes, primarily lung and heart conditions, but also nasal blockages, anxiety and severe anemia my contribute.
