i tryed fluconazole 150mg  , clotrimazole & betamethasone for athlete's feet , jublia for toenail fungus now im trying a stronger antifugal cream can all these medicine cause liver or heart problems ?

Not likely: Fluconszole Tablet’s taken for mor than a few days could possibly cause liver problems because of the way it is metabolized in the liver, but the topical medications would not do that. Keeping feet dry &amp; changing socks when sweaty is a good idea

Fungal Bruise?: A true toenail fungus, of a couple month duration, typically does not get better without intervention. Your description sounds more like a sub- ungual bruising that is going through a color change as the blood dissipates. More to the point, fungus infections not only infect the nails and skin but can also have devastating effects when infecting other  organs of the body.

ONYCHOMYCOSIS: Yes it may be. Follow up with your doctor if &gt; 5 nail involved I usually add Lamisil (terbinafine) 250mg M-F pulse dosing. Hold Sat&amp;Sun. Check LFTS. D/W your doctor next visit.

Dermatomycosis: Onychomycosis means fungal infection of the nail. There are a variety of superficial fungi that can cause this.  There are both otc medications and prescription medications which are effective, depending upon the fungus and the severity of involvement. If the otc preps don't work see a doctor.  Get better. Do not ignore this.

: I am confused and concerned. You told podiatrist about everything and he ignored   the problem?   Fungus toenails only hurt when ingrown nail. If you are having pain and the doctor ignored you , seek another podiatrist and get proper care

Changes in the nail: Fungus is everywhere and if there is any change to the nail plates attachment to the underlying surface and/or the texture of the nail plate changes (becomes dry or damaged), it is easy for fungus to find an area to spread.  If you address removing the environment that fungus want to grow in, you can rid yourself of the fungus.  See the podiatrist for an evaluation and treatment options.
