Piercing: it could be an infected area. You could try some antibiotic ointment and if it doesn't clear up, have your physician take a look

Infection: The lymph nodes are likely due to his cellulitis which is an infection of his skin. If the lymph nodes persist well after his infection clears, please see his doctor for a full physical examination.

Ear Keloids: There is no permanent solution for removing keloids.  All you can do is attempt your best and hope for the desired outcome.  Scar revisions are best to start with and you could consider steroid injections at that time or later and finally consider radiation therapy (but expensive).  Its anticipated the scar will be better but no one can give you a guarantee.

i was pulling a metal furniture dolly from the car, and i dropped it, the metal handle hit the top of my head. its been a week and im still sore to touch and if i put pressure i sometimes get a headache. im assuming i bruised, making it tender?

: It most likely is a bruise/contusion. However, a fractured skull is a possibility. As long as you don't feel any irregularities and there has been no new neurologic symptoms at this point, there is little more you need to do except wait for healing to occur.

TMJ: Based on your description, would urge you to visit a dentist and get an evaluation for jaw problems, and even alternative dental issues.  A rare neuralgia, nervus intermedius neuralgia might be another consideration, but get dental eval first.

Probably scar: This could either be a scar or perhaps a small cyst from trapped skin or inflamed cartilage. You can never completely remove a scar but it might be reduced in size and made less visible. Consult with a facial plastic surgeon for best treatment. Be aware that you probably will not be able to wear jewelry there.
