Strep: you might want to see your doctor to make sure your blood pressure is fine. Strep can make you have glomerulonephritis that can make you have all these symptoms

Since you had flu: and strep tests, I'm assuming you had your whole body examined. Did they mention if you had fluid behind your eardrum? It sounds like you could have a middle or inner ear infection. I would follow up with your doctor and be examined again. You may need some lab work done or a referral to a specialist if the doctor you're seeing can't find a reason for your symptoms.

: Strep is universally killed by penicillin. Re-infections do occur, but your symptoms sound more like the effects of a backwash of stomach acid in your throat. Talk with your doc about the possibility of reflux. If you treat the wrong issue it is likely to continue.

EG. coccidioidomycosis (valley fever) is found in the southwestern US, Trichinella (roundworms from uncooked meat), hookworms, Paragonomiasis, and toxocara (visceral larva migrans, from infected animal litter).

However, sore throat can be caused by a vast number of causes. Actual strep throat needs to be treated with antibiotics in order to prevent rheumatic fever.
