can you get leproacy from spit from someone that goes in your ear? cleaned ear with bleach and water after.

No: Leprosy is VERY difficult to transmit.  Your ear is at any rate well protected with skin.  You could however irritate your canal/drum with bleach!  Don't use it in ears.  Vinegar and alcohol mix will treat most any external ear infection.  But if you see and feel nothing, do nothing!

itchy type pain in ear. hurts when i use qtip to clean it. if i try to open mouth wide it causes an achy feeling for a few minutes. ? how do i treat?

Well...: ...For starters, stop pushing qtips or other instruments into your ear canal.  You may have "swimmer's ear, "  or otitis media, an inflammation of the external canal. I suggest you seek an exam with your primary physician or a local prompt care

sneezing, itchy mouth ears etc. to perfume, hair products & some cleaning products, the similar ingredient seems to be linalool and limonine. allergy?

Allergy likely: It sounds like allergies although some may consider this from an oversensitive nose (vasomotor rhinitis) .  Once allergic inflammation involves the nose, it becomes sensitive not just to allergens but to nonspecific irritants such as scent and even cold wind.  However you may also have an oversensitive nose although I would bet on  allergies.

severe itch inside anal cavity and inside vaginal canal... external skin not as bad. itchy behind ears and around mouth, too. not sexually active, very good hygiene, and constantly clean-- this is horrifying! what's happening?

Depends.: It largely depends on whether the ringing in the ears is a side effect of the clomipramine or independent. Clomipramine and it's major metabolite should be out of your system completely in a couple of weeks. If the symptoms persist, they are unlikely due to the medication.

i barley cut my head on an old tv screen. i cleaned it really good but i keep getting pains and a weird taste in my mouth?

Get examined.: Get the wound examined to see if infected and need for antibiotics.  Update your tetanus vaccination if older than 10 years.  There is superficial and perhaps deeper nerve damage causing the abnormal taste.  If just peripheral damage should resolve.  Unlikely to be central nervous damage that would be permanent but get checked out.  Best wishes.

Pregnant: Small amounts of sperm can still be present, even after a man has recently ejaculated, which means there is still a chance of pregnancy. Please do a home pregnancy test and also please get help on better methods of birth control and also safe sex practices. Speak with you doctor.

See doc: Nosebleeds and spitting out blood can be connected. Your age, frequency of nose bleeds, and how they have been managed can help. 
Knowing that there are no other problems such as smoking, cancer, chronic cough, points to spitting out blood from the nose bleed. Ears can itch from dry skin, wax, or just because. Try not to put anything into your ear.
