Yes: By itself, an apoendicolith does not indicate appendicitis or a need for surgery. In medicine we need combined clinical findings and symptoms along with laboratory and radiology findings for a diagnosis of appendicitis. An appendicolith can be seen on x-ray ; be a normal finding for some.

Good question: incepted stool in the lumen of appendix with time becomes stone like formation will eventually  obstruct the lumen causing severe appendicitis time unpredictable   ( or may never will  obstruct  reason some will do just observation  ) , best way to manage is by laparoscopic removal electively at your convenience .

Maybe your right but: Causes of recurrent abdominal discomfort as described may be identified by first addressing signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved: in women: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniation? Stressors? Other risks?

Not known: It is thought that inflammation in the wall of the appendix at its base near the cecum can cause obstruction to the appendix and overgrowth of bacteria and inflammation.

No: Appendicitis is not chronic.  It is possible to have chronic irritation to the appendix, but it is not a chronic infection.  If infected, the appendix is removed.  However, even after an appendectomy, it is possible to get appendicitis again.  Usually a little stump of the appendix is left and this can, rarely, get infected again.
