Smoking marijuana is useful information for your provider and can help make a diagnosis or make treatment decisions. Not Likely: It is very unlikely with normal neuro exam and MRI to have nerve damage.And Migraine does not present with numbness,tingling and weakness rt side of body.I suggest you follow up for this with your Neurologist

Migraine preventatives might work, so discuss with your doctor the possible use of petadolex, riboflavin, co-q-10.

It seems like a good reason to think twice about continuing to smoke weed.
