Uncertain: Two research studies that made the news in 2011 found 14%-17% of marijuana users (3 or more times/week) were obese. Presumably, many other mj users were overweight but not obese. Their findings in people who did not use mj showed 22%-25% of non-users were obese. Perhaps people who tend to become mj users are less obese to start with, or maybe mj users use mj instead of food to soothe their stress.

can i smoke medical marijuana on 200 mg of topirimate (used  for weight loss)? not a lot  obviously only for chronic pain.

Side effects...: ...of marijuana include increased appetite and weight gain, so it kind of ruins whatever effect you are hoping for from topiramate. Sounds like an individual decision, how bad the pain is vs the weight problem, and is the pain weight related -- in which case cannabis is the last thing you'd want for the pain.

Depends: Smoking anything can impair the small blood vessel flow to the wound site and delay healing. It doesn't matter if you had a general or local.General anesthesia does use the lung tissue to pass the drugs of anesthesia through the cell membrane to enter the body.The gas can be irritating to these tissues.Weed uses this same method to enter your system.

Yes.: A migraine attack can be caused by many things and many things can be caused by marijuana.

Not likely: Short-term chronic marijuana use does not have a substantial adverse effect on b or t cells of young healthy adults.  Igg levels were not affected.  Body weight does not seem to affect serum igg levels except in mice.

No known problems: Esomeprazole and cannabis do not have any interactions that I am aware of.  However, if you smoke cigarettes, it is a major contributer to gastroesophageal reflux symptoms (gerd) and heartburn.  It is not clear whether smoking marijuana also relaxes the lower gastroesophageal sphincter or not.  If it causes you heartburn, then it probably does.

Taking huge risks: The safety of synthetic marijuana hasn't been scientifically studied but it can cause serious psychological & physical problems, including  kidney failure. Studies : Studies have shown that there are a variety of toxins in marijuana. It can vary with the  type of marijuna used.  Marijuana could be associated with your bronchitis.  At least one short term study has shown a relaxing effect of marijuana on the airways.

Maybe: Marijuana can lead to a "heightened" state of awareness (paranoia). This may, in fact, precipitate a panic attack in people who are so predisposed.

: Appears you are making a wise decision, as there are some folks who experience significant emotional and cognitive changes from chronic marijuana usage.  The drug will be mostly "out of your system" by 30 days, and likely undetectable, but trace amounts can linger for months.  Expect substantial stabilization within 4 weeks.
