MRI very sensitive: Just because you have something in the sinus, it does not mean it is the cause of your symptoms. Retention cysts are common.  Does light or sound bother you when you have the headache?  Do you have visual changes before the headache comes? If so you may have migraine.

Age 33 is a bit young to have all these symptoms. I hope you are not smoking.

how long does valsartan last after you stop taking it? i skipped a day of my 40mg and my bp stayed the same 114/75. does it mean i no longer need it? started sleep apnea treatment a few weeks ago. i get dizzy and foggy every time i take the pill?

: Treatment of your sleep apnea may well be positively contributing to the improvement of blood pressure control, but may not be fully sufficient.  Contact your doctor about the side effects of Valsartan and discuss if the dose should be adjusted or an alternative medication be selected.

: There are numerous anti-hypertensive drug choices, and it may be that valsartan is not your best choice due to adverse side effects.  The "sleep apnea", if untreated will result in poor sleep patterns and daytime fatigue, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating.  Have a lengthy discussion with your doctor and modify your interventions as needed.

Sleep apnea is a disorder that results in apneic periods while someone sleeps. Benzodiazepines should be used cautiously in all cases, but increased caution if you have sleep apnea.
