COVID 19: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms:  temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

Have you: tried antihistamine and flonase for this problem? Sounds like allergies to me. Try them for several weeks and see if itchiness goes away. Also try gargling with cool salt water several times a day.

i have horrible seasonal allergies. today is really bad and i have copious sinus drainage. could that be cause of my bowel movement being mushy tonight? i feel fine except the runny itchy nose eyes and throat

Yes: Swallowing copious sinus drainage could cause irritation in your intestines, causing mushy bowel movements.  Try doing saline nasal washes daily during the peak allergy season. It will clear out mucus and debris which collect in your nasal passages and cause irritation and inflammation. You should already be on an antihistamine (claritin or zyrtec) as well as a steroid nasal spray (flonase).

Maybe both: But usually when sinuses get infected the upper teeth  become sore, the infection in the sinus can creat pressure which can push against the root of the teeth hence the sensitivity and soreness. The rest of your question i hope an md can answer! hope you feel better soon!

Wait and see: Sounds like you recently took a lot of antibiotics. After Azithromycin and bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) you do not need any more. Commonly with a sinus infection,  post nasal drip can cause a scratchy throat. Swollen lymph nodes are a nonspecific symptom which can indicate infection, inflammation or malignacy. Your symptoms should improve within 1-2 weeks. If not a return visit to your doctor is indicated.

Try antihistamine: But even more important, find out what may be triggering the itchy throat  for example, do you have the itching only after having eaten certain fruits?   If so , i suspect that you may have hay fever as well.   If you have any problem with throat closing up on you, then you will need to consult an allergist.

Need more info: I have no idea how long this has been going on for or if you have any symptoms associated, which makes it hard to answer.  This can be from nasal allergies, reflux, or an acute allergic reaction.  If you can't breathe properly, you should seek immediate medical attention.  Otherwise, consider seeing an ENT to have your throat checked out.
