can nervexol make you dizzy? i was taking stuff for bloating and wondered if that could do it,can simvastatin or metformin do it?just trying to figure out whats causing me to fall? im not taking the stuff for bloating anymore, heard water pills do it?

im on simvastatin,i take coq10 and collagen too,would it be safe to stop the simvastatin if its causing muscle pain if im taking the other stuff?what else lowers cholesterol over the counter?why does aspirin make me dizzy when i take it for the pain?

: Statins can cause mild pain in some patients, but it's difficult to know when other supplements are being used.  If it is mild, it typically stops with discontinuing the statin, but if it is severe, you should have evaluation and blood tests.  The best way to lower your cholesterol without medication is exercise and a "whole foods" (no processed carbs) diet.  Stop the aspirin.

daily lethargy &dizziness/lightheadendess.need to add several teaspoons of salt daily to feel better. i do not drink too much water. if i would drink a plain glass of water alone, i would feel worse. addison's test normal. what else could cause?

: You need to be evaluated by an experienced nephrologist. I am a nephrologist but I couldn't answer your question due to limited information although I can assume you have hyponatremia when you confirm that you do not drink too much water but you have to take several teaspoons of salt daily and addison is ruled out. Anemia: Low hemoglobin levels can cause the above symptoms. Get your hemoglobin level checked. If the hb is normal then other causes can be worked up for your symptoms.

Chat w/prescribing doc &amp; ask about alternatives for your unspecified condition. See if taking 1/2 25mg twice daily is more tolerable. BTW, recommendation is to take 2nd dose in late afternoon, not at night.

Dizziness, fatigue/lethargy, headache upon standing, sensitive to light, high fever.: I would recommend that you go to see your primary care doctor about this issue, especially if the pain is persistent or worsening. There are several different potential causes of your headache, and your doctor can perform a thorough physical examination and help you figure out what might be going on. 
The fact that the pain is mostly on one side of the head would be most consistent with a migraine. Migraine, classically, is characterized by a pulsating pain that is localized to one side of the head. Chronic sinus congestion
Other symptoms that often go along with migraine include nausea, dizziness, sensitivity to light, and changes in the vision (such as wavy lines or flashing lights). The pain could, however, be from other causes as well. For example, if you have Lymph nodes in one area, or in multiple areas
chronic sinus congestion,  that is mostly affected just the sinuses on the left side of your head, that could definitely cause an aching pain that was mostly localized on the left. Your doctor can help you figure out what is going on. Based on the likely cause of the headache (migraine, sinus congestion, or something else) they can also make recommendations about which medications would be best to treat the pain. Good luck!
