No: Herpes is caused by a virus, hsv; if neither partner had hsv, it would not come from nothingness.

Probably warts: It seems more likely that these could be genital warts. Herpes lesions would be red and 'blister like' - and also are very painful. Warts would be 'fleshy' but could appear flat. Warts typically come in clusters as well. If you have an instinct not to trust someone, I would actually LISTEN to that. Your inner voice may know something that your conscious mind hasn't yet discovered.

: A painless genital ulcer (open sore) is a very typical description of primary syphilis, but absence of sexual contact in the preceding 2-3 weeks rules out syphilis. It could be herpes, i.e. a recurrent outbreak of a previously asymptomatic infection. (Not all herpes has blisters or multiple lesions.) You're the best judge whether your new bathing suit is the cause. Get checked if still in doubt.

Not herpes symptoms: Doesn't sound like usual herpes symptoms, but may be other types of infections (?Bv, trich, etc). I recommend an exam.

Probably not serious: For sure this isn't herpes. I suppose it could be HPV, but a new HPV lesion would be rare at your age of 39. There are many possibilities, and the large majority of skin problems of teh penis are not STDs and aren't serious. Since two doctors apparently aren't certain, consider seeing a dermatologist.

got tested for genital herpes few months ago. appeared few times already. will i be always contagious to sexual partners with/without condom? what about oral sex? am i always contagious even tho i dont have current symptoms??

: Too complex for accurate reply with the brevity required. If confirmed genital herpes due to HSV2, it is only transmissible from your genital area, not mouth. In people with genital HSV2, the virus is often present and transmissible without symptoms, but less often w/ treatment (e.g. valacyclovir). See infectious disease or STD specialist. With proper care, normal romance and sexuality are easy.

i had a french kiss and licked the nipple of a girl. since she has a lot of sexual partners currently, i'm worried about getting stds such as syphilis. i didn't have vaginal, anal, nor oral sex. should i be worried? i know herpes is possible?

Vestibular neuritis: Vestibular neuritis is usually caused by a viral infection.  There are many viral infections that can cause these symptoms.  One of the virus families that cause the neuritis is of the herpes family.  Once you are infected with a Herpes virus in remains in your body for life and gets reactivated sometimes.  There is no treatment to eradicate the virus.  Treatment with an antiviral agent may help.
