Any source of: Fiber, ie fruits vegetables salads, whole grains when taken with inadequate fluids or excessive caffeine/alcohol can cause constipation or worsening of existing constipation.

Salad is a a fiber: And fiber helps constipation, provided your are drinking enough fluids and minimizing caffeine and alcohol which dehydrate and worsen constipation. If you are severely constipated i would stay on a liquid diet only until the constipation is resolved using mild laxatives such as milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide).

Fluids + high Fiber: You may be constipated if you are having fewer bowel movements than usual, it takes a long time to pass ,  and pass hard stools. 
 Being regular is different  for some, it can mean bowel movements twice a day. For others, having movements three times a week is normal. Cause may be poor diet, not getting enough exercise, or using laxatives too often.Dairy products may cause constipation in some.

Possibly: all medications can affect bowel movements. If your constipation only started after the medications it is even more likely. You can try some over the counter stool softer or added fiber eg Metamucil. If it remains please see your gastroenterologist as constipation is often a complex and multi factorial problem. Yes: Cruciferous vegetables e.G cauliflower, broccoli etc, as well as beans are a common cause of bloating ; gas. Norovirus usually results in fever, chills, intense nausea ; vomiting with profuse watery diarrhea.

Question unclear but: One with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber plus water, Miralax (polyethylene glycol), Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... A doctor can evaluate and prescribe helpful meds as needed.
