Pulmonary hypertensi: If the rest of the echocardiogram findings appeared technically ok, I doubt that the procedure was flawed. Your finding suggests mild to moderate pulmonary hypertension and I recommend that a cardiologist evaluate you and look for causes of elevated pulmonary artery pressure. A repeat echocardiogram would be helpful. A right heart cardiac catheterization is the definitive test for pulmonary hypert

Not normal: Pulmonary artery pressures reflect the tone and consequently the thickening of the pulm arterial blood vessels.  How thickened these vessels are will determine how easy it is for oxygen to diffuse from the air sacs (alveoli) and into the pulm blood vessels (to oxygenate).  Pah can thus lead to dyspnea and ultimately right heart failure.  See doc.  Rule out lung issues which can contribute to pah.

PA pressure: If this is the blood pressure in your pulmonary blood vessels, its on the high side, indicative of ARDS with pulmonary hypertension, which can be bad for you. Suggest pulmonary function testing to explore this and get more answers

Coronary artery dise: Apical ischemia means - abnormal stress test needed eval. clinically /possible coronary intervention and treatment medically or with intervention/medical eval for lipids ,diabetes. Need to discuss with your physician for further course of treatment

No, unless: Unless you are having shortness of breath that does not improve with standard medical therapy , based on those echo findings there's no need for a right heart catheterization. Pulmonary hypertension and tailored management for pulmonary hypertension is another reason to perform right heart catheterization with testing during that procedure.

Not sure: Without knowing more about your medical history and habits, it would be hard to know the cause. Mild dilatation of the ra/rv can be due to several problems, including chronic lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, tricuspid valve disease, a defect (hole) in the atrial or ventricular septum of the heart, abnormal arterial blood flow to the heart muscle, and severe obesity being just a few.

Underlying condition: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) occurs as a result of heart problems (secondary PAH) or intrinsic lung diseases (Primary PAH, or PPH). Stress, walking &amp; activity, depending on how those are defined, can affect the underlying condition but shouldn't directly affect the pressure.
