Domesticated pets are seldom a risk, but if there is rabies in the region and the cat can get outside, exposure can occur.If properly vaccinated, risk would be low. So there are specific points of missing information that limit my response. Infection/tetanus is a primary risk.You should call your doc.

Rabies in cats: Hi. Almost any mammal can be infected with, and transmit, rabies. Rabies is transmitted in saliva. However, cats lick their paws, so it may be possible to get rabies from the scratch of an infected cat. Is the cat behaving differently? Salivating a lot? Avoiding water? I suggest you take your cat to a vet if the answer to those questions is yes. And get the cat rabies vaccinated if it's not rabid.

Rabies shot: Rabies shots are given once every three years.  If the cat has been vaccinated against rabies it cannot transmit rabies. It doesn't matter if it is an indoor or outdoor cat.

Not likely: while rabies can be spread by a cat scratch, though not typical, and incubation time can be long, it is dependent on location of injury as the virus spread backwards up the nerves to the brain. You can't much closer to the brain than near your eye. You would be likely be ill (or worse) by now.

Rabies shots protect: The good news is you will be protected since you did not YET have symptoms of rabies. Of course getting seen and treated is usually better, but since you did not develop rabies, there was still time... rabies has a VARIABLE incubation time- which is some cases is quite long (months). You don't want to be an unlucky case that could be a week or 2. I believe you 'made it though' and you will be fine
