Yes: It means Chronic Kidney Disease, those measurements shouldn't be that high. There are several reasons that could be producing this. My recommendation, go to a specialist, a nephrologist to look for the cause and try to prevent more damage is done to your kidneys.

Maybe : If you start taking any supplement and have a new symptom it could be theirs. However burning on urination is usually a sign of a urinary tract or urethral infection. Recommend seeing a primary care doctor in person for a diagnosis and treatment

No. : Your body does not absorb more than a certain amount of protein a day.   Dietary proteins do not cause cancer.   If you have sudden unexpected weight loss follow up with a doctor.

Medically, not ...: Protein supplement should have no reason to cause testes to enlarge and inflame, which may induce testicular pain.  But, if still in doubt, two things you can do: first, stops using supplements and see; second, avoid masturbation and sex leading to orgasm / ejaculation for 2 weeks and see.

All if used right: I don't know of any whey protein powder that causes "massive weight gain." in general, weight gain comes from excessive starches &/or fats. Pure protein like whey does not cause this. But one will not have muscle gain just by eating whey- only by exercising as well! i strongly advise whey from grass-fed cows not given hormones & antibiotics, even better if processed at a low temperature.

Yes: no need for protein supplements, take normal balanced diet.

: First repeat the test on a freshly voided urine while being properly hydrated. If protein still present your doc will investigate for cause and treat it accordingly- pl wait for that

Not a concern: Trace / mild protinuria, up to 300 mg/day or 300 mg/Liter, is basically never a concern, except as a marker for progession to renal disease in a known diabetic. You can get it from exercising or the stress of mild illness, and many people get it just from standing up. If your physician isn't concerned, don't be either.
