Exercise is good!: Glad to hear you're still active and i encourage you to continue to do so. No weight bearing restrictions up until the third trimester unless you're bowling with anything more than a 35lb bowling ball. Listen to your body, you shouldn't do anything to cause significant strain. No concern for miscarriage unless with bleeding, contractions, or abdominal trauma.

Sure: The risk with bowling is failing as the lanes are slick.  At 11 weeks a fall isn't likely going to be an issue.  Your baby is well protected.  Later because of balance issues it might be a good idea to avoid bowling or just change your approach.  Even if I can't convince you its safe, you can always walk up and throw the bowl instead of the usual stepping and sliding.

Sure: The only thing dangerous about bowling is the risk of falling. Late in pregnancy when you are big your balance is not good. The floor is usually slippery and carrying around a heavy ball can lead to falls. This is an issue late in pregnancy. Hope you get a strike!

See your  MD: It  is   not absolutely  necessary to  have an  ultrasound  right  now.  Call your  doctor  and  a blood  pregnancy  will  confirm  uf  you are pregnant.  Once you start  prenatal  care you can  discuss  a scan.

Not the best idea: Gokarting can be safe if there is minimal jostling and noone runs into you while racing.  Given that this is almost completely impossible to control, you should not go gokarting during pregnancy.
